
As a martial artist, I live and breathe movement and flexibility. I have experience in various martial arts such as Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, Wing Chun, and Boxing. With my easygoing, empathetic nature and strong language skills in German and English, I can communicate with you effortlessly.
I am highly motivated and like to bring humor into my training sessions. At the same time, I value discipline and hard work—but also enjoy moments of calm. In addition to martial arts, I practice meditation and yoga to keep body and mind in harmony.
