Punches, kicks, chokes, joint locks, and throws – I’m happy to teach you the fundamentals both standing and on the ground. I incorporate my experience in Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, Boxing, and Wing Chun. As a martial arts enthusiast, I want to introduce you to the exciting world of martial arts.
